Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Marbo India, we deliver our products to customers across India. Our goal is to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

1. Shipping & Payment Options
We offer multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) on all eligible products. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout; however, these are approximate and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and our logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timeline
Our product range includes items such as wash basins, water closets, and other heavy products. Depending on the shipping destination and stock availability, delivery may take 10 to 15 days. In certain cases, delivery could take longer, and special delivery charges may apply. Any such charges will be communicated to you in advance before dispatch.

3. Additional Charges
Any toll charges, entry taxes, or state taxes that arise during the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Discounted & Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or heavy discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement.

  • There will be no additional cost for replacements.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • If a replacement cannot be arranged within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund, either as store credit or back to your original payment method, based on your preference.

6. Repayment / Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will promptly process a replacement or refund after verifying the claim as per our Return Policy.

7. Order Cancellation

  • No cancellation charges apply if you cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery or fail to notify us in time, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs incurred.
